Saturday, May 2nd: JOIN OUR TEAM! We’re Hiring a Library Clerk
Happy Saturday, neighbors! We have some very important news to share this morning. Our library family is looking to grow, and we are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join us as our new Part-Time Library Clerk!
- Job Announcement: Part-Time Library Clerk – We are officially looking for someone to serve the North Creek community! If you enjoy books, technology, and helping people, we encourage you to apply.
- The Schedule: Wednesdays, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Fridays, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (plus additional fill-in shifts as needed).
- The Role: You’ll be at the heart of our operations—assisting patrons with research and technology, managing library accounts, processing materials, and even helping us oversee our wonderful volunteers and programs.
- Qualifications: We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a working knowledge of the Dewey Decimal System. Most importantly, you should have a professional, friendly demeanor and the ability to handle moderate physical tasks like lifting and pushing book carts.

- Books to Movie Club: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM – After you pick up your job application, stick around for a screening of the classic Rebecca. We’ll be discussing the adaptation of Daphne du Maurier’s haunting masterpiece.

Wed, May 6: Knitting Circle (2:00 PM) followed by the Board of Trustees Meeting (5:00 PM).
